Repeater to all multicell systems such as CWS6000 & CWS2500/8000 A repeater works almost like a wireless basestation with the significant difference that it does not add capacity, only coverage to the system. A repeater "borrows" capacity from the connected basestation. A repeater communicates wireless with the connected basestation and does therefore need to be placed inside the coverage area of the basestation.
